Why it is important to know who you are... and how we as tangata whenua,natural men and women upon this land of Aotearoa,of diverse races, religions and creeds, uniting for the common good of all can stop giving our power away,and surrendering our rights to fraudulent societies,who dishonour us and deceive us into believing we are something we are not...

May I ask you?

• Do you believe PARLIAMENT to be; elected to REPRESENT the people and their wishes?
• Do you believe in POLITICS?
• Do you believe that the only way to sort this country out is to get another POLITICAL PARTY elected into power?
• Do you believe ACTS of Parliament (STATUTES) are LAW?
• Do you believe STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS are LAW?
• Do you believe in a CONSTITUTION?
• Do you believe the SOCIETY we live in is dysfunctional?
• Do you believe we have COURTS OF JUSTICE?

How many people have suffered from the courts of justice when it is injustice that is happening in those courts?

The Members of Parliament

• So you believe you are electing new members of PARLIAMENT to represent you?
• But according to what we have found, you are IN FACT electing new DIRECTORS OF A CORPORATION which will keep heading in the same direction no matter who is elected.
• POLITICS means: pertaining to POLICY, or the ADMINISTRATION of the GOVERNMENT.
• POLICY means: a plan or course of action, as of GOVERNMENT, POLITICAL PARTY, or CORPORATION - a WRITTEN CONTRACT or CERTIFICATE of INSURANCE.
• ACTS OF PARLIAMENT become STATUTES; PRIMARY LEGISLATION which in turn are ENACTED and ENFORCED by STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS; SECONDARY LEGISLATION.

First we define STATUTORY INSTUMENT

• STATUTORY: created, defined, or relating to a statute; required by statute; conforming to a statute.
• INSTRUMENT: A WRITTEN LEGAL document such as a CONTRACT, lease, deed, will or bond.

Then we define SOCIETY and CONTRACT

• SOCIETY; the SOCIALLY DOMINANT members of a community, a SOCIETY is a number of PERSONS united together by mutual CONSENT, in order to deliberate, determine, and act jointly for some COMMON PURPOSE.
• CONTRACT; an agreement between two or more PERSONS that CREATES or MODIFIES an existing RELATIONSHIP.
• OFFER, CONSIDERATION and ACCEPTANCE must exist for a CONTRACT to be made.

And then a CONSTITUTION

• The fundamental RULES, written or unwritten, that establishes the CHARACTER of a GOVERNMENT by defining the basic principles to which a SOCIETY must CONFORM.
• You were not given a choice if you wanted to join this SOCIETY. It was made for you at the time you could not express a choice (when you were born).

Then we define STATUTE

• A LEGISLATIVE RULE OF SOCIETY, given the FORCE of law by the CONSENT of the GOVERNMENT, a RULE, as of a CORPORATION.
• From neuter of Latin: STATUTE; the; LEGAL CHARACTER or condition of a PERSON or thing.
• Also by its own definition it is not LAW, it is only given the force of law by the consent of the Government.
• By its own definition it only applies to a PERSON and not a MAN or a WOMAN.

NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT AS A CORPORATION

• This country we live in is a CORPORATION and it has EMPLOYEES.
• The EMPLOYEES are not just CIVIL SERVANTS, they are almost EVERYONE.
• If you have an IRD NUMBER, that means YOU TOO are an EMPLOYEE of this CORPORATION.
• POLICY of this CORPORATION requires you, as an EMPLOYEE, to pay TAX and to follow all the LEGISLATIVE RULES of that CORPORATION. In this case; STATUTES.
• As in any CORPORATION, if you break the RULES, you will DISCIPLINED under that CORPORATIONS LEGISLATION.

Disciplinary Procedures!

• The POLICE of the NZ GOVERNMENT are all CORPORATIONS run for profit too!
• As CORPORATE POLICY ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS their job is to ENFORCE the RULES of the CORPORATION.
• The COURTS of the NZ GOVERNMENT are all CORPORATIONS run for PROFIT as well!
• If you break the RULES they will invite, (SUMMONS) you to their place of BUSINESS to discuss your PUNISHMENT.
• Except they are not inviting you; you just think they are!
• Even the highest COURT in the land is a CORPORATION.

WHAT?! LEGALESE; THE LANGUAGE of the CORPORATE EMPLOYEES

• A language can be created and used by a SOCIETY, a CORPORATION can be such a SOCIETY.
• LEGALESE is such a LANGUAGE.
• It is English, but some words have VERY different meanings - and are highly deceptive.
• LEGALESE is the LANGUAGE of the LAW SOCIETY.
• Example: MUST is synonymous with MAY which implies a choice (as statutes cannot compel, only law can).
• Example: SUMMONS is synonymous with INVITATION.
• Example: UNDERSTAND is synonymous with STAND UNDER which means giving authority over.

Know who you are.

• If you go to COURT (which is a CORPORATE place of BUSINESS) you are asked immediately for your NAME. They even presume to know who you are and will ask as such e.g. "Mr Harris?" - MR is the title of something with LEGAL PERSONALITY (STATUS).
• You are named by your parents; that names does not include a title (MR, MRS, MS, MISS etc). Every title is a FICTION or ARTIFICIAL.
• If you reply "YES" - guess what you have agreed to represent? - a man or woman cannot be acted upon by STATUTES, these only apply to the FICTIONAL ENTITY (ARTIFICIAL PERSON) with LEGAL PERSONALITY i.e. Mr Harris.

• NATURAL LAW and COMMON LAW applies to a man or a woman. You inherently know what is right and wrong.
• COMMERCIAL POLICY, CIVIL POLICY and POLITICAL POLICY only apply to the FICTION (an ARTIFICIAL PERSON) and it needs the natural man or woman to represent it.

Common Law versus STATUTE RULES/POLICY

• The only basic principle that any people, of any nation, need to adhere to are those of natural law which are mirrored in common law.
• COMMON LAW applies to MAN or WOMAN.
• STATUTE RULES apply to the artificial PERSON only when the man or woman CONSENTS to IDENTIFYING themselves with the PERSON.
• CONSENT can be given by INACTION as well as ACTION
• Only within Common Law does the word JUSTICE exist.
• Within STATUTE RULES you will just receive SUMMARY JUDGEMENT - you broke the RULES of the CONTRACT - YOU LOSE.

JURISDICTION means, JURIS = of law, DICTION means the use of words.

So what is a PERSON

• An ARTIFICIAL PERSON created by the New Zealand Government Corporation.
• Your PERSON was created when your birth was REGISTERED and is evidenced by your BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
• Man created GOVERNMENTS which in turn created PERSONS. Your PERSON is not you, it is a LEGAL FICTION (an artificial person) which you are falsely identifying with or being falsely identified with.
• You don't get to say what its RIGHTS and DUTIES are, the NZ GOVERNMENT CORPORATION does ... and it has to MISLEAD you into doing so via DECEPTION.

Define PERSON

• Includes natural PERSON, FIRM, CO-PARTNERSHIP, ASSOCIATION, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, or CORPORATION - LEGAL PERSONALITY, (Black's Law Dictionary, 8^th edition).
  • PERSON is defined as a FICTION in Black's Law Dictionary, 3^rd edition.
  • Butterworths New Zealand Law Dictionary, 6^th edition defines a PERSON as both a natural person capable of rights and a corporation or legal person, otherwise called an artificial person.
  • How can you define a PERSON as a natural PERSON if defining a word with the very same word is failing to define anything.

The creation of a PERSON

• When you were born your mother and father (or guardian) SUBMITTED a BIRTH CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM which created your PERSON which is identical to the process of the FORMULATION of any LIMITED COMPANY/CORPORATION as there is always a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION required to create a LEGAL PERSONALITY.
• A FICTIONAL (ARTIFICIAL) PERSON known by MR, MRS, MISS, MS etc, and your NAME is also created by the same means whether capitalised or not.

SUBMIT a REGISTRATION APPLICATION

• When you SUBMIT you are bending to another's will.
• Lawful rebellion stands for SUBMITTING to no one.
• When you REGISTER you are handing over LEGAL TITLE of what you are registering to whom or what you are registering it to, ACKNOWLEDGING or TRANSFERRING the AUTHORITY to another by this PROCESS.
• When you APPLY, which means to beg; the assumption is made that you know exactly what you are begging for, by whom or what you are APPLYING to and that you know exactly what you are willing to give up for it.
• And most of the time you VOLUNTEERED your APPLICATION and you were not forced to APPLY.

Birth Certificate: How the PERSON is created as a bonded slave

• A certified copy is not the original application.
• The original application is called a "Notification of birth for Registration" in New Zealand, which both parents are expected to sign shortly after the birth. That is sent away. You will never see it again.
• To create a Notification of birth for Registration, you have an INFORMANT, normally the father and/or mother to inform on the child being born who register the birth and sign a declaration - this makes the child now, a ward of the state. The legal title of the child is given to the Government.

REGISTRATION and your children

• To this day, REGISTRATION still means the same thing, i.e.; that TRANSFER of LEGAL TITLE to the body you have REGISTERED it with.
• As you have seen the worst possible way that this process could have been abused is in the REGISTRATION of births!
• A simple show of how your child no longer belongs to you is made through mandatory vaccinations, mandatory schooling, holiday the children when they say you can and not before. They tell you how to manage their PROPERTY and if you do not do it in their way, their appointed GUARDIANS take your children away (CYFS).

Please consider this!

• Could the GOVERNMENT actually take your car away lawfully if you actually owned it?
• It would be totally unlawful, so in using the process of REGISTERING your vehicle, they deceive you into handing over LEGAL TITLE of that VEHICLE (ownership) and you get a CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION (a PERMISSION to use it as long as it is used in ACCORDANCE to all of their RULES). If they did not deceive you into this, the very ACT of taking your property would be a crime in Common Law.
• Also by REGISTERING it, you AGREE to ABIDE by their RULES and do so in their SOCIETY, this is how they can LEVY the fuel and road tax and WARRANT OF FITNESS requirements.

Please remember!!!

• When you REGISTER something/anything you give up OWNERSHIP (possession) of it, and instead you get a CERTIFICATE OF TITLE; this is worthless and this is why you own nothing, not even your children or yourself.

Penalty notices issued by Corporations

• So why are there so many PENALTY NOTICES being given for the most ludicrous reasons?
• E.g., parking in a place a CORPORATION deems you can't, speed camera fines.
• These NOTICES are being ISSUED by these CORPORATIONS who never stop dreaming up REASONS for PENALISING you.
• PENALISED by way of FORFEIT; something surrendered or subject to surrender as PUNISHMENT for a BREACH OF CONTRACT.

An offer as an ADHESION CONTRACT

• ADHESION CONTRACT: a type of CONTRACT, a LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT between two PARTIES to do a certain THING, in which one side has all the BARGAINING POWER and uses it to write their CONTRACT PRIMARILY to his/her or its ADVANTAGE (e.g. credit cards, power supply, telephone, utilities, etc).
• A NOTICE is not a BILL. A NOTICE is not a DEMAND. A NOTICE is nothing more than an offer to discuss the CONTRACT the OFFERER is trying to force upon your PERSON. This is simply a tool of REVENUE COLLECTION.
• The true reason why a notice is FORCED upon your PERSON is simply to maintain the ILLUSION that they have control over your LIFE, FORTUNE and FREEDOM, because you FEAR their ABILITY to take from you something you deem valuable.

Money is not the currency; YOU ARE.

• You believe MONEY is valuable; you work to get money!
• So is the MONEY really valuable or the WORK you are doing to get the MONEY?
• In reality you are the only VALUABLE commodity because of the WORK you do and the only way you will do that WORK, is to be PROMISED you will receive MONEY or resources for the work.

Lawful Rebellion

• Peacefully resist all claims against the natural man or woman when they try to identify you as a PERSON by refusing to CONSENT to CORPORATIONS POLICY.
• Be careful not to produce IDENTIFICATION (such as a Drivers Licence) or give your name and address as this is also a form of CONSENT, identifying your natural man or woman as the artificial PERSON subject to Statutory Law.
• You have a free choice to CONSENT or not CONSENT.
• Ask, under what LAW and AUTHORITY are you acting upon? They will be using STATUTES or ACTS which belong within their LEGAL SOCIETY only, of which you, the natural man or woman, are not a part of. All STATUTES need your CONSENT to be used against you.
• Remind anyone who ASSUMES AUTHORITY over you that FAILURE to DIFFERENTIATE between a STATUTE and a LAW is GROSS NEGLIGENCE which is equivalent to FRAUD in Common Law.
• This APPLIES to anyone who is trying to ENFORCE a STATUTE upon you no matter WHO they are.

You are a man or woman in lawful rebellion - not a PERSON.

• The LEGAL world is the same as your PERSON, it is a FICTION, ARTIFICIAL and an ILLUSION that does not exist in the real world of MEN and WOMEN.
• This is why the CORPORATION EMPLOYEES (e.g. Policy Enforcement Officers alias Police Officers) must get the man or woman to REPRESENT their PERSON before a CONTRACT can be formed and to bring them to stand under their AUTHORITY and JURISDICTION.
• Remember there is no JUSTICE in this country, only SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, for every COURT, even the highest in the land, is a FOR PROFIT CORPORATION which is part of a NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT CORPORATION.

Ms [Blend of Miss and Mrs.]

Usage Note: Many of us think of Ms. Or Ms as a fairly recent invention of the women's movement, but in fact the term was first suggested as a convenience to writers of business letters by such publications as the Bulletin of the American Business Writing Association (1951) and The Simplified Letter, issued by the National Office Management Association (1952). Ms. Is now widely used in both professional and social contexts. As a courtesy title Ms. Serves exactly the same function that Mr. Does for men, and like Mr. It may be used with a last name alone or with a full name. Furthermore, Ms. Is correct regardless of a woman's marital status, thus relegating that information to the realm of private life, where many feel it belongs anyway. Some women prefer Miss or Mrs., however, and courtesy requires that their wishes be respected.

The navy/military are also into forced courtesy - meaning you have no choice whether to use titles or not - it has to be done under orders.  If it was just a courtesy to use titles, most of us would not feel so insecure as to have to add that when communicating with another.

Use of title indicates inequality or being subordinate to another.  E.g.  A commanding officer on a ship to an inferior officer under the jurisdiction of that ship.  The natural person name may be used with the  use of title (e.g. Mr/Ms) in front of the name which alters the status again and since statutory law uses maritime/admiralty law and this sneaky little use of title may affect all rights.  From what I have noticed in court cases and with court officials they verbally use "Mr" and "Ms", etc. in just about every sentence they say, so for someone to answer to Mr or Ms to anyone using statutory law, it would mean that there is an acceptance of being subordinate, under, standing under.  When "applying" for a bank account or a tax number or to register something, it is now impossible to do it without providing a title and agreeing that the use of that title is true, so they will not accept a true status such as King or Queen of your own sovereign state for example, only where it might be considered to rank within their society, as someone subordinate - lesser in the order, under their orders, obligated to obey.
