Is New Zealand a Police State?  It is rapidly becoming one!

Are the police pushing for a state of civil unrest?  They are pushing it way too far.  It seems that anyone can fall prey to police brutality and often without ever committing a crime.  We know of people who have been accused of going through a red light when they had in fact been sitting for several minutes trying to read a road map, others who are being accused of all kinds of traffic violations when they have not.  Do not think that what is shown in these Youtube videos doesn't happen in our country. It does.  Perhaps we all need to have recording devices on hand as a defense and get these rogue police officers back to being the servants of the people that they are supposed to be.  They have far too much power and it must be stopped.  A money grabbing corporation such as the Police Force is only fueled by compliant citizens who do nothing about police behaviour.  People need to rise above fear and treat this like a war.  We need to rise above this tyranny if we want a future for our kids.  If you see your brother or sister (fellow member of human race) being beaten on the streets, do you walk away and pretend it is not happening are are you prepared to act.  Perhaps at least we could be ready with recording devices to help each other out.

This kind of thing is happening in New Zealand too.  We hear of far too many reports of similar things happening like this...

Meanwhile, newpapers, television news and television programmes are mostly about police and this is media propaganda designed to misrepresent the truth and make the police look good and necessary in society.  Really, all it does is keep people in fear, numbed out on and lured into watching police shows - about the goodies and the baddies.  Crime is all about business.  There is big business in crime and police are given incentives to feed their corporations bottomless appetite for money - or rather power, because as people get more and more in debt, they get more and more powerful.  Each and every police officer is accountable for their career path.  We all are.

Maybe there are some that are accountable and responsible so let's thank the accountable and responsible police for all for all their efforts and services in helping keep New Zealand safe as Police (Peace) men and Police (Peace) women upholding the rights, freedoms, liberties and privacies of natural men and women.  We appreciate that we live in one of the few countries where one can safely attempt the level and type of lawful action, which we endeavour to perform. 

One of my favourite quotes speaks to how for any societal structure to have stability there must be a constant balance maintained between the protectors (POLICE) of a society and its critics.  If the protectors have too much power, and silence the critics, then stagnation results, and growth is impossible.  If the critics have too much control, then stability is sacrificed for growth, and the society collapses.  There must be a proper balance or all suffer.

Looking at New Zealand and overseas like United States today it is easy to see that the protectors are developing too much power.  Our Police are being militarised and are also used as Revenue Collection Services or Policy Enforcement officers for corporation (NZ Government and Treasury and IRD and more) and much lesser tasks and seem to operate on the belief that they aren't bound by the law and the statutes they enforce.  

They often operate outside the legislative framework and with complete disregard for their oaths to preserve and maintain the public peace, and using convoluted logic, have expanded the concept of breaching the peace to include questioning their orders and commands. 

They are trained to trick people into contracting with them and to get them through threats and/or force to consent to compelled duties a natural man or woman is not part of. (eg. legal society and all its employees, agents and officers with all their acts, statutes  and rules). When they fail to contract with natural men and women who know their rights, ...

they are now kidnapping them, assaulting them, and forcing them to sign papers under duress and protest.  We are hearing numerous reports of people (often young people) having their faces smashed up against walls, against cars and into pavements, all without good reason. 

Of course if people were to try to defend themselves charges would be made for assault. They knowingly treat everybody as guilty unless proven innocent and as corporate entities with no rights at all but only with duties, responsibilities, benefits and privileges. This is an unacceptable situation. 

The people of New Zealand deserve and demand better so that they once again can live in peace and with rights they always had but which were taken from them by making people into citizen (corporate fictional entities) from birth or through naturalisation, they are not, they are people of the land, Tangata Whenua.  People are sovereign and it always will be so. Deceitful techniques are trained onto today's Police officers to uphold a system, which is inherently corrupt, fraudulent, deceitful and unlawful. Its time for a change in paradigm, it is an expansion for the better from the old one, one which includes full disclosure and commercial and personal liabilities to Police officers for the acts they do which no longer represent the old Policeman or woman work as Peace officers but this new version of militarised bullish generation of Enforcers you have also become.

They are acting as arms for corporate business structures with one main objective to maximise profit on all fronts and in all possible ways, and there are many to choose from. Charging people for victimless crimes is a classic example, if there is no victim there is no claim. The Police cannot be an injured party in this matter. It just shows how low the system has sunk for profit generating purpose only.

The law is an awesome tool and provides much remedy to those willing to seek its sweet nectar of justice and to embrace it into ones life.

Whereas it is my understanding that many policy (Police) enforcement officers, routinely fail to distinguish between statues and acts of a corporation and the law, and

Whereas it is my understanding that the people of New Zealand have a right to protect themselves against policy (Police) enforcement officers who are grossly negligent, breach the peace in order to enforce statutes or acts, act abusively and unprofessional, or act in other criminal ways, and

Whereas it is my understanding that the bible states, " blessed be the peace makers, for they shall be called the sons of God." and

Whereas I am desirous to live and enjoy peace and making it available for others, and

Whereas I am compelled by my faith to become a peace officer, and

Whereas it is my understanding that becoming a peace officer is a lawful and proper course of action.

Furthermore I claim my right to witness, observe, record, report, charge and arrest anyone who breaches the public peace, specifically but not limited to existing peace officers who while exercising their duties as policy (Police) enforcement officers act unlawfully and in a manner that breaches the public peace.
