All the money in existence in our monetary systems has been borrowed at interest from a bank.  When all currency in the system is borrowed at interest, there is NO MATHEMATICAL WAY to pay one cent of interest without pushing some people off the table via cancellation of their obligations to pay principal through bankruptcy or through the kind of cancellation programs offered.

Reform must come for the side of dissatisfied customers, because the lenders have NO motivation to move away from their current position of power and influence.  If people who favour the customer over the lender are able to use the law to stimulate change, any imbalance created by giving their real estate for free will best correct itself through a change in banking laws and practice, NOT through perpetuation of the present system of GRAND THEFT of the entire wealth of society by the banking cartels.

Under the present system, someone HAS to get something for NOTHING.  There is no other way.  Either the bankers continue to get interest payments for NOTHING at risk, or customers get free real eastate after "borrowing" money that was created out of NOTHING and having the "loan" either cancelled for fraud, or discharge in bankruptcy, or the lender gers the real estate from the customer for NOTHING, following a foreclosure on the loan (and mortgagee sale) that was created out of NOTHING.

The answer is to stop basing bank lending on NOTHING.  The federal courts in Canada stated that either the common man wake up and use the common law, the rights and freedoms available to him .... or lose it forever.  That is your choice.

Tricks that banks are playing...

• They will continue to try to contract with you by attempting to identify you the flesh and blood natural man or woman with a corporate fiction created in your name.  It looks like it might be you, but rest assured it is not.  Be certain in knowing who you are when entering telephone communications with bank employees.  Let them know that they have blood on their hands for supporting a system that leads people into sickness, suicide and death in the end.
• They will try to get you to talk on the telephone with them, to answer to the corporate fiction name in an attempt to get you to contract with the corporated fiction.
• They are known to attempt to try to get you to quote an account number or "case" number (they may use other words) that will also get you to contract with them identifying yourself as the corporate fiction that they can do business with.
• They are known to send threatening letters about legal action with a response required by a certain date.  By the time the letter is received by your, the date on the letter may already be 2 or 3 weeks old.  Always write the date that you received the letter on the letter.
• When you ask them to produce the evidence of the debt, they will send you something else entirely different if they send anything at all.  A copy of your signature is not the original instrument.  It is a copy.  To send a copy in the pretense that it is an original instrument is FRAUD.
• FRAUD and DECEIT is the name of their game.  They are the real criminals.  Their acts cause so much stress on people, that they commit suicide, or get sick and die.
